Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
3. Whisk in ranch seasoning until fully combined.
4. Fold in cooked chicken and 1/2 cup cheddar until evenly coated.
5. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
6. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar over the casserole.
7. Bake 25-30 minutes, until bubbly at the edges and lightly golden on top.
