Ingredients

Instructions
1. In a saucepan, add oats, milk, and salt. Heat gently until it simmers.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg until smooth.
3. Temper the egg with a few spoonfuls of hot oats, whisking constantly.
4. Pour the tempered egg back into the pot, stirring continuously.
5. Cook 1–2 minutes until thick and creamy.
6. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
7. Top with berries, yogurt, or maple syrup.
Notes
Use rolled oats for best texture.
Let baked version cool slightly before cutting.
For dairy-free, use almond, oat, or soy milk.
