Ingredients

Scale

4 lobster tails

4 tablespoons butter, divided

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Thaw and butterfly the lobster tails, removing any dark vein.

2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

3. Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.

4. Whisk in Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

5. Preheat oven to 400°F and place lobster tails on a baking sheet.

6. Drizzle remaining butter and spoon sauce over each tail.

7. Bake 10–15 minutes until opaque and cooked through.

8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid overbaking to keep lobster tender. Add paprika for color. Serve with rice, pasta, or potatoes.
